IT Support for Churches & Faith Organisations

Steady IT for churches and faith groups — online giving, livestreamed services, member data and comms kept running when your volunteers can't.

When the tech fails on a Sunday

A frozen livestream during a service, a giving terminal that won’t take contactless, a members’ database no one can log into because the one volunteer who set it up has left — these are the moments that hurt a church. You lose donations you can’t recover, housebound members miss the service, and the office grinds to a halt on Monday. Faith organisations run lean, often on goodwill, so a single point of failure can quietly become a crisis.

What we look after

Most church IT is volunteer-run, built up over years by whoever was willing. We bring order to it without taking it away from your team:

  • Online giving — the devices and connections behind Give A Little, SumUp, GoCardless, the Parish Giving Scheme and contactless giving units, plus the exports your treasurer needs
  • Hybrid services and livestreaming — OBS Studio, ProPresenter, EasyWorship, ATEM Mini switchers, PTZ cameras and the YouTube or Facebook Live feed, set up so volunteers can run it
  • Member data and comms — ChurchSuite, Elvanto, Breeze or iKnow Church, plus bulk email and SMS to your congregation and rotas
  • Office systems — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, usually on charity/nonprofit licensing, with shared calendars and files for staff and trustees
  • Wi-Fi and networks — reliable coverage across a hall, office and worship space that often weren’t built for it

Data, giving and safeguarding

Churches hold sensitive information: member records, safeguarding notes, DBS details and giving history tied to real people. That brings UK GDPR duties and Charity Commission expectations, whatever your size. We put proper access control, tested backups and cyber security in place so member data isn’t sitting in one person’s inbox or an unprotected spreadsheet. Where giving records feed HMRC Gift Aid claims, we keep the data clean and exportable — the accounting stays with your treasurer.

How we help

We work as your outsourced IT team, remote and on-site across Streatham, South London, Croydon and Surrey. Day to day, most fixes are handled remotely — a stuck login, a stream that won’t go live, a new volunteer to set up. When something needs hands on the kit, we come to you. Our managed IT support means you’re not depending on one volunteer’s memory or availability, and we can help you claim the nonprofit Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace grants you’re entitled to. Honest framing: we don’t run your ministry software’s content — we keep the systems under it working.

Who this is for

Parish churches, chapels, independent congregations, mosques, synagogues and faith charities that lean on a small team or a rota of volunteers — and want their giving, streaming and member data to keep working even when the person who usually sorts the tech is away.

Frequently asked questions

Can you support our livestream and presentation setup on a Sunday?

Yes. We help with OBS Studio, ProPresenter or EasyWorship, ATEM Mini switchers, PTZ cameras and the YouTube or Facebook Live feed. We can set it up so a rota of volunteers can run it, and be reachable remotely if the stream drops mid-service.

Do you help with online giving and Gift Aid records?

We support the tech behind platforms like Give A Little, SumUp, GoCardless, the Parish Giving Scheme and ChurchSuite giving — the contactless units, the devices and the exports your treasurer needs for HMRC Gift Aid claims. We don't handle the accounting itself, but we keep the data flowing cleanly to whoever does.
