Will we lose any email during the move to Microsoft 365?
No. We migrate mailboxes, calendars and contacts in full and run the old and new mail side by side until you're confident, so nothing is dropped and the cutover is invisible to your customers.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we actually need?
It depends on whether you need Office apps installed, larger mailboxes, or the advanced security in Business Premium. We'll recommend the cheapest plan that covers what you actually use — and we're happy to mix plans across the team.
Can you set up Microsoft 365 without disrupting the working day?
