Do you work on newer Apple Silicon Macs?
Yes — we work across Intel and Apple Silicon MacBooks, iMacs and Mac minis, and we'll always tell you upfront what's repairable and what (on the newest models) realistically isn't.
My MacBook battery has swollen — is that urgent?
Yes — stop using it and get in touch. A swollen battery can press on the trackpad and chassis and is a safety risk; we replace it and check for any knock-on damage.
Will I keep my data and need my Apple ID?
Your data stays put for most repairs. For anything involving a wipe or security, we'll need your Apple ID password and FileVault key — we'll explain exactly what and why before starting.
