Your IT lives in two worlds: the office and the shop floor. We support both, and the join between them.

• ERP / MRP systems — the database and daily running of Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Unleashed or Katana, plus the stock, works-order and dispatch data inside them
• Shop-floor networks — barcode scanners, Zebra label printers, industrial PCs and goods-in terminals, kept on a network segment separated from office machines so a shared drive never slows the line
• Resilient connectivity across the unit — steel-clad walls and mezzanines kill WiFi; we survey the space, place access points that reach the racking, and add a failover connection so orders keep moving if the main line drops
• Sensible spares and backups — a pre-imaged swap-out PC and a standby label printer on the shelf, plus tested backups of your ERP, so a dead terminal is a ten-minute fix, not a lost shift

Uptime and compliance you can evidence

When a scanner stops reading, goods-in stops, dispatch stops, and the day’s schedule slips. That downtime costs orders, not just patience. It also puts your traceability at risk — if the system that logs each batch is offline, the paper trail breaks. We keep the platform patched, monitored and recoverable, so the records behind an audit or a customer complaint are always there. Employee and design data falls under UK GDPR, and CAD drawings are often your most valuable IP, so access control and encryption matter as much on the shop floor as in accounts.

How we help

We manage the whole estate remotely — patching, monitoring, backups and user support — through managed IT support. When something needs hands on it (an access point on a mezzanine, a terminal that won’t boot, cabling to a new bench) our team, often via our sister company PC Macgicians, comes out. On-site cover across South London, Croydon and Surrey runs through on-site IT support, though most day-to-day faults we resolve remotely first.

We’re honest about the boundary: we support the IT around your machines — networks, PCs, printers, connectivity and data — not the PLC firmware inside a CNC that belongs to your machine builder. Where the two meet, we work with them.
